Phil Archer has been passionate about recording, audio and video production since he can remember. After receiving his degree from the prestigious Full Sail University in the United States, which specializes in the entertainment and media industry, Phil moved back to his hometown of Barbados. He quickly realized there was a need for quality audio production and recording studios so he set out to open up his own with his vision of what he could offer clients: high quality production, talent, creative script writing, timely project completion and responsive communication. Plus, Phil has been a recording artist himself so he knew exactly what was needed. Out of this vision, Crucial Productions was born in 2001 and in 2007, with the acquisition of Longbow Communications, Crucial Productions expanded its house of capabilities to include video, animation and multimedia.

Tracy Fowler - Line Producer, Production Coordinator
Tracy is a Mass Media and Communications specialist with more than 15 years experience in conceptualizing, packaging, marketing and management of a wide range of music projects, film/video, radio and Caribbean TV. 

As a FLOW TV content partner and a versatile multimedia producer in all mediums, Tracy is the "hit-woman" that every production needs. She's killer!

Michael Watkins - Digital Video Specialist, 3D & 2D Animation, Motion Graphics, Video Editing - ADDY Award Winner

Michael has a diploma in Electrical Engineering, Advanced Videography, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Animation from Concordia University Montreal QC, Canada in 2001.

Having taught courses in 3D Animation at the Ministry of Education, as well as courses at Barbados Community College in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and Web Programming, he is proficient in spoken and written French. Having conceptualized and produced the 3D animated intro and extro of the Caribbean Super Lotto show, he is perfectly poised to work on this project in pre-production.

Michael has been a key developer and coder in Crucial Productions' proprietary multilayered graphics playback system, which is the only one of its kind in Barbados. He is a no-nonsense, hard-working individual, and is a highly valued addition to the Crucial Productions team.
